I wanted to document more than a week of use, but I got a new phone, and the camera on that phone will obviously be different, so I don't trust it to give a fair comparison. This is the second the whitening strip product that I've tried out. I have the first one 3 stars. It *might* have whitened my teeth just a little, but it mostly made them shinier. These strips seem to be doing just a little bit better. I would prefer to give these 3.5 stars, but am going with 4 mostly because of the low price ($10 at time of review). These are pretty easy to put on, and if your teeth aren't too wet to begin with, they stay put very well for the 30-60 minutes that are recommended. I kept mine on between 30 and 40 minutes each time. They are a pain to take off, however. They really stick to your teeth, and I felt like I needed to be careful to peel them completely off, for great that a person might remain on my teeth. Once removed, there's was a residue that remained on my teeth. It feels a little gross, but I guess it means that these are good at keeping the material on your teeth to do whatever work it does. The taste is actually pretty good. I mostly noticed a coconut flavor, but there's definitely a minty aspect, as well. I did not have any sensitivity issues, but I assume this will vary from person to person. I have rather mild sensitivity issues with my teeth. These will make you salivate, most likely! This is weird to get used to at first, but because of how well the strips stay on, it's not a problem to find a sink to spit, or you can use these in the shower. I prefer to use them while I'm getting something else done, so that I don't think about using them. Just give yourself at least an hour - at least thirty minutes for the application to stay on, then at least thirty minutes after removal before eating it drinking anything. I was definitely not impressed with these, but at ten dollars, it's a very low cost to try them out. These are interesting, I would love them to work but I did not notice a big difference. I tried over a 15 day span. Quick aside, I DO NOT like is when marketing goes on "pieces" rather than actually the daily supply. When people see "30" they expect a 30 day supply, NOT a 15 day supply because there are 2 pieces in each packet. There is already a good value in these over some other name brands so why the deception? Well... it would be a good value if it worked, but that is not as black and white. I have tried Crest White Strips via my sister sending me three to give a try. One thing I noted from that experience is my teeth hurt after the treatment. Contrasting that experience with this these do not hurt as much. There were days it really did not register at all, but others I faintly felt it. Why is that a good thing? Well if you are looking for quick results then I would recommend a name brand with the powerful (but painful) ingredients. If you are looking for something that can potentially do it over a longer period of time, but less painful, then these are worth a try. The other thing I will say is these take a little time to get used to. You can feel these on your lips / teeth and I had to focus (at first) to stop tonguing them. Read more

These work but they whiten slowly. You also need to try and lay off of the drinks/foods that are causing the staining or you will not see much improvement. These are really easy to use and the price is pretty decent compared to some others I’ve seen. Read more
