First Impressions: I ordered these in black, size XL (I typically wear size 12–14), and at first glance the material feels nice and has a polished, office-appropriate look. They have some stretch, though not quite as much as I expected. Use & Performance: The pants fit well through the thighs and legs, and the straight-leg cut is comfortable for everyday wear. However, the waist and stomach area fits a bit oddly on my body — slightly wider and less structured than I anticipated. The leg width also runs a bit wider than a standard straight-leg style. Pros: Comfortable ponte material Easy pull-on design Good fit through hips and thighs Nice for office or casual wear Cons: Less stretch than expected Waist area fits a little awkwardly Straighter/wider leg than described Best Fit / Audience: Best for those who prefer a roomier fit through the waist and a wider straight-leg style for work or business casual outfits. Unfortunately these pants are very unflattering on me. I am 5'6 and weigh about 140lbs and I ordered these pants in a size large based on their sizing chart and they are way too long and way too baggy in the crotch area as you can see in the pics that I've included. The waist fits me just fine circumference wise but the length of the pants between the crotch and the waistband is extremely long. I don't have a short torso or anything yet these pants go up very high and still have a bunch of excess room in that area so the result is alot of bagginess in the front of my abdomen and crotch which does not look good at all. I have no idea why they made the crotch to waistband length as long as they did but it seems like these pants are made for tall women based on that and based on how baggy they are at my ankles. There is a lot of bunched up material just above my ankles and since I'm 5'6, I'm guessing someone would need to be taller than 5'9 for these to fit them properly. I don't know if a size medium would have fit me better but as I said, I went by the size chart. As far as the fabric goes, these pants feel almost like nylon exercise type pants or biker shorts but with thicker material. They definitely are fairly thick pants and are pretty heavy, not at all lightweight. Even if these pants did fit me, I would not wear them in warm weather because I'd most likely overheat becauseof the heavy fabric. Also, none of the four pockets are real. They are all just for show and are not functional which I don't care for because I don't like wearing pants that don't have anywhere for me to carry my phone or whatever else I need to tote. I'm very disappointed in these pants because the measurements seem off and the fabric quality isn't what I expected so unfortunately I wouldn't recommend these to others. Read more

I'm not crazy about these pants, but they might be good for someone else. On the plus side, they are nice and thick. Unlike many lightly colored pants, you don't see through these. On the other hand, I found them to have a number of cons. The material feels more like sweatpants to me than office wear. I ordered my usual size of XL, and I think they are too tight to be attractive. None of the pockets are actually functional. All in all, I think these pants are going to come down to body shape and personal style. They are definitely not for me, but they might be better for you.
