This is an attractive and very portable hydrogen water bottle made of quality glass and aluminum materials. It is small enough to easily transport in my bag for work and the carrying handle is an added bonus. I usually use the 8 minute cycle and drink it shortly after but it is a nice option to use the 5 minute cycle that does 2 min hydrogen cycles every 30 mins to keep it at optimal levels. I’m not sure if I feel better from the hydrogen water or if is the placebo effect combined with improved water intake as I am more mindful of this during the day, but either way, I’m taking this as a win!
