The dial wheel needs to be turned all the way to the right to turn it on. This was great for adding more USB ports to the inside of my pc. Do keep in mind, any screens being added inside a clear pc have to be plugged into the motherboard directly to function as expected. So if you're hoping for more ports for that, this won't help you there. But for anything not needing a direct connection this works great. The magnet holds it up as expected. The only downside I can think of is the power cable not being angled limits where you can magnet it. Read more
