Well, I know the Amazon response will be: Message from Amazon: This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience. With that said, the order was placed for a set of 2 wall mounted clothing racks. For that one would have to have 8 pieces of part number 5. Only 4 are present in the packaging, and only 4 indicated on the packing list. Now, the one that I was able to build from the parts I received is awesome. It's very sturdy, the parts that could be easily gotten out of alignment were even welded in place to make sure they were just perfect and were assembled correctly. They are very stable, once you tighten everything up to the maximum it's as solid as you could imagine. The parts are packed beautifully and there's not so much as a scratch on any part. They look fabulous. You will want to have two people for assembly and mounting. But unfortunately I can only completely build one of the pair. The only option that Amazon offers is to return the entire package which leaves me with no clothes rack. Looks like it's off to the local hardware store to buy some black iron pipe if I can find any that fits. Like I said, "So Darned Close To Perfect". Ibuyke appears to read their reviews and stepped right up and rather than have me have to disassemble the clothes racks that I built to ship it all back, they asked how many of which parts I needed and they are shipping them to me at no charge. I bought a total of 6 of these racks, was able to build 3 of them which I really like A LOT, and they are shipping me the parts to build the remaining three. A MUCH easier solution for everyone (especially the guy who was going to pick up a package with three sets of these (almost 90 pounds) all banded together because I was irritated at having to handle it that way). The measure of a company is how they stand behind their product. Anyone can deliver a great product on a consistent basis with modern manufacturing being what it is. The way you know what a company stands for is what happens when it all goes astray. How do they "make it right". I work for a company who lives by "It's not right until the customer says it's right". These are heavy duty and they were great in My Son’s room. I would get another set and use them in my basement just to hang stuff although I think they could’ve been a little cheaper cause I found them on Temu as well. they worked great if it was worse Read more

This was incredibly easy to install even by myself with it being lighter weight. I tested the strength pretty well and even with that lighter weight it easily held a good 100lbs. Read more

As you can see from my pics, i have tried other things to hang my online store inventory, clothing, bags, etc. none worked like this one! Only reason for 1 less star, i think you need better anchor screws. Other than that, it’s great! Read more

These were perfect for our walk in closet. Purchased another, larger system for one wall but wanted smaller hanging rods for the opposite side. They worked great. Color and style was perfect for the look we were going for. We opted to use different screws and wall anchors since there was a pocket door behind the wall we hung them on. Great value for the money. I love Joe it gives the “NYC loft” look! We used in two places. In laundry room to replace a rack and made room on floor. One in the man room to expand the hanging clothing space. It is a very strong, durable metal. We did hang a board in the studs then place bars on them. Made it sturdier snd it holds a lot of weight. Easy installation! Read more
