Did not work when I turned it on. The mechanism that was supposed to drop down into the mixture then spin it into ice cream, would not drop down all the way. I was never even able to use it because it would never start. Then their customer service was a pain to deal with! They wanted me to send pictures, and videos, then send it back to them, pay for shipping myself after I already paid for there machine, and wait 2-3 weeks for a new one it just was terrible. Then I thought the whole front was touch screen but it’s not. Only ONE button is, and it’s the one that makes the selections. You cannot tap on the “screen” to make your selection.
