It LEAKS!
UPDATE: the second time we went to make ice cream, we noticed a blue liquid in the freezer. The bowl leaks from the bottom! I had read the reviews and a few people had stated they had the same problem. I had bought this as a birthday gift back in January so it is past the window of return time. Very disappointed. Plan to get in touch with the company, but I’m not holding my breath that they will do anything. I will update after / if I hear back from them. It worked great once we took the time to read the instructions. We were both so eager to make the ice cream, we didn’t follow the steps correctly. But it did work great once we followed the directions! So read through everything first completely, and then make the ice cream! Read more

Don’t buy this product!!
Actually NO stars!! I bought this in November and used it once in December and it was fine. When I took it out to use this last week, in March, it started leaking the blue fluid which provides the freeze for the bowl. Since I am beyond the return window now I chatted with a customer service person who offered to send a UPS return label and I would get a “Refund upon Return”!! She LIED AND THE LABEL NEVER CAME!! After today’s call to CS the rep could not help me and didn’t know why the previous customer service representative had offered a return label. Then they send a follow up survey calling Amazon the most Customer-centric company!! I don’t think so. I’m out $69 and am stuck with defective merchandise. Read more
