got this at Ross, for 5 something. Pure crap, only one USB port works at at a time, defeating the purpose of getting the hub. I got it because the 2 ports on my Mac are too close and some of my USB's don't fit *too fat* next to each other. The instructions say that this needs to be plugged in, then to restart the computer and it will automatically detect the hub and it'll install the necessary drivers. I tried this many times and it wasn't detected by my computer. I plugged in my optical mouse and ipod, it didn't work. It only worked when I plugged in a USB to transfer data to another USB in my computer's port, again, cuz they don't fit next to each other normally. Don't buy. Read more
