Really like the sheer and smooth quality of these products, they look natural and radiant on the skin without looking too made up. I do not care for the mascara because I was left with dry flakes within a few hours; I'm not sure if that's typical of Iconic mascara as I'm a first time customer. I did really like the wand though and so perhaps with a better formulation it might work. The packaging on all products is lovely and the vivid peach makeup bag is really nice. The media could not be loaded. I’ve owned a few of Iconic London products that I really like, so when I saw this gift set, I figured it can help me achieve that glowy makeup look I love. When I received this, I was very impressed with the lovely clear carrying case but was a bit let down with the interior packaging, it looks heap and all the products fall out of place. The products themselves are nice and while some worked really well, others I like less. The mascara has very good staying power and doesn’t smudge but I have naturally very long lashes and the brush hairs are too short, my lashes drag on the wand and the short hairs don’t do a good job separating them so they all stick together. The eyeshadow palette is very nice and the colors work well with my Hazel/brown eyes, the pigmentation is good and the shadow stays on my eyes throughout the day, I also don’t experience eye irritation. The plumping gloss gives my lips a very good tingle and makes them feel more plump and juicy, the only problem is that the color is very beige and doesn’t look flattering on me. Since I like the plumping effect, I keep the lip gloss on for 5 minutes and then remove it and apply a different lip product and my lips keep the plumping feeling. The under glow primer is supposed to be applied on oily parts of the skin to reduce skins, so I applied it to my t-zone and it works well under my foundation and does reduce the oiliness. I also like that it’s packaged in a sturdy glass bottle. The primer and setting spray is very pretty, once I shake it, it turns into a pretty, glittery spray and it adds hydration to my dry skin and gives my whole face a beautiful glowy look as a setting spray. At first I was worried that my face would be too shiny or sparkley but it looked very natural. Lastly the illuminator drops, while it looks pretty and is VERY glowy, it is too concentrated and as you can see in my video, a small drop turns my entire hand metallic. I use it as a highlighter but have to touch the outside of the dropper ever so slightly to get the least amount of product on or it’s too overwhelming. Overall it’s a nice product and the bag and items look very elegant and pretty, I do find the price a bit steep and some of the products could use a bit improving but what didn’t work for me might work for you. I love everything about this makeup. The primer and tint (I ordered the tint separately) are SO SMOOTH! The coverage is excellent and it feels light and fresh. The mascara is thick, only one coat needed, if you even tried to do more than one it would make a mess. Lipgloss is thick, has a little tingle to it and lasts for quite a while. Eye shadow is very pigmented and glides on gorgeously true to color. Packaging is elegant in a big, sturdy gold box that you can keep to store items or more makeup in. A nice, fairly large coffee cup was included that I hadn't noticed in the pics so it was a cool little surprise. I will continue to order this makeup and replace the items when I run out. I haven't done make up for quite some time since I'm mostly at home and not having to go out, there's like no need to put in effort lol. My husband grabbed this make up set for me. Haven't heard of the brand before and I didn't think I'd like it at all when it first arrived. This Iconic set has all the basics I need to add a bit of blush or bronze and give myself the smokey eyes. It adds a bit of definition and glow that I haven't had in a long while. I thought the lip gloss was not the neutral color for me but I was pleasantly wrong; it's sheer and smooth with a minty feel makes my lips look even fuller. There's a variety of shades for the blush and it's complimentary and doesn't make me look like a clown. I like the highlighter a lot, it's very tiny but should last a long time (1 drop is more than enough). I didn't care for the mascara since my HG waterproof mascara works better. The spray is nice, makes you glowy and radiant, works as primer, setting, and as a mist. The set isn't cheap, but one bag has everything you need for an evening out. It's great for cover up, highlighting and accentuating. And I love how it makes me look when I went out on a date with my husband. Will probably get back into dolling up more often :) Read more
