Got them for my husband to wear on below freezing windy days. He said it feels like wearing sweats rather than dress pants on the inside because of how cozy they are. I don’t believe they were size 40 in the waist they would not come around my husband waist. When you pull the pants up over his bottom, they did not rush. It was like there was no bottom in the pants certainly not to fit. A 40 inch person would not buy these again. They are horrible. Read more
