Broken piece 🫤
I purchased 2 of the iDesign Ceramic and Steel Soap dispensers, York Collection Soap Pump, Matte Navy/brushed Nickel. I love them, they are exactly what I was looking for. However, after a few weeks of using them. one of the dispensers stem on the pump where the soap comes out just fell off. We put it back on and it will work but the stem continues to fall out. It is past the date for my return date but was hoping you could send me a replacement of just the pump top? Read more

Looks great, but doesn't hold up
I purchased the dark blue and I love the look of it. However it has lasted less than a year and a half. The nozzle just separated form the rest of the pump and needs to be replaced already. Read more
Poor workmanship/quality control.
I initially bought one dispenser, and I liked the design, which went well with my large, two sink bathroom counter. So, I ordered a second one. It arrived broken in multiple pieces. Amusingly, the label said, “inspected and item checked” (or something to that effect.) So, I asked for an exchange. The replacement dispenser (third dispenser) had a defective pump mechanism. So, I asked for a replacement. Again, for the next replacement (fourth dispenser), the pump mechanism also did not work. One out of four working products is NOT a good statistic! Read more
