This metal tray is the perfect size - those who say otherwise need to measure before they order. :) It fits the standard, pre-packaged guest towels (paper); I tested it out on 2 different brands. I bought it because it fits the tray of my Breville BES870XL Espresso machine to catch the coffee grounds that escape while grinding! The raised rim is perfect and easy to wipe clean. I am in the process of redecorating my bathroom as it needs to be upgraded. I really like the bronze look as it is modern, sleek, and quite in style. We live in a one bathroom apartment and so, 4 people share the bathroom. Due to the amount of people sharing and the small size of the bathroom, it easily becomes cluttered. I was looking for a way to contain some of the clutter and still look modern. I found the InterDesign Bathroom Vanity Countertop Guest Towel and Organizer Tray and thought, “This will be perfect for all of the toothpaste and flossers!” I was right. When I opened the packaging I found the tray to be in excellent condition. There are no defects and the finish is very smooth. I found the tray to be exactly as advertised. Because I liked the tray so much, I ended up ordering the tumbler, shower hooks, and circular towel holder to complete the look. Got one of these for my hubby and his every day vanity items; tweezers, comb, nail clippers, etc. It's perfect for that use and looks amazing with my rubbed bronze sink and vanity hardware. I bought these to be a gift and didn't realize how small they are, though the add clearly states the demotions, so I kept them. They are very nice and well made and solid. You would have to try really hard to bend or dent them and the finish seems tough as well. So far no rust and they have been exposed to moisture. I was thinking they were big enough to put a face towel pyramid on but they aren't but they do give me a place to keep the stuff I always have on my counter. They would great for other decorations though. I would recommend them. Read more

I bought this to put in a guest bathroom for a few cosmetics and a small LED candle. It does its job, but it looks plainer and cheaper than I had hoped. Although I wasn't surprised by this given the price, I probably could have found a better countertop cosmetic if I had persisted in my search at some of the discount stores. The description says that it can be used for guest towels; however, it's not big, with the usable space (that is, the flat interior bottom) measuring only 5" x 8". You might fit one rolled up hand towel or possibly two rolled washclothes. Nothing else. I have five small cosmetic items with a tea light in the center, and it looks crowded.
