I just received these. They are beautiful, fit perfect to size BUT one boot was seriously damaged. I am only rating them a 3 because I have to return them. Replacement is set to arrive until February 😑. I really wanted to love these Update!!! Okay, initially I was upset with this company BUT I am needed to update my previous review. The company was able to swap out my original order of boots faster than February 6 and not only that, they sent me a new pair of boots at NO COST to me for my inconvenience. I love these shoes. Originally I was skeptical of how much the gold zipper would stand out, but I thought it was fine. I wasn't sure what size to order so I took the most common size of all my shoes I owned. 6.5 was the most common and this shoe fit just that. It is a bright white and was easy to wipe clean if dirt or something else got on them. I could see if you wear them for long periods of time while standing they may be uncomfortable. First and foremost, these shoes make me feel spicy as h**l. They do run small. I probably should return and size up, but I like them too much to give back. Not sure if it’s the build of the shoe or because they don’t fit, but my weight goes on my toes instead of the ball of my foot in these for some reason. I have other heels that are just as tall, but these feel TALL because of my weight distribution. I bought them for a wedding and was hoping to wear them frequently with casual outfits as well and that definitely won’t be happening. These shoes are for mostly sitting events or single day smile through the pain kind of thing. Coming from someone who frequently wears heels just because, I’ll have to be in a very stubborn mood to put up with these longer than a few hours. The materials are pretty cheap, I don’t expect them to last, but again, they’re too stinking cute to care. I wear a 8/12 or 9 in boots. I purchased a 9 to be safe and had a little room. They are very comfortable! If I need to wear thin socks or stockings that will work fine. The box and packaging was very nice, like I purchased out of a store! The shoes where the same size but the right shoe seems a tiny bit looser than the left shoe but there isn’t a noticeable difference. I can just feel it. They look very nice. The material is soft so I think if you have bunions it will definitely show the print of your foot. These shoes are great, they don’t look cheap at all. I am very happy with my purchase! Read more
I really wanted to like these shoes. They are very nice looking from a distance. They were packaged so well, I was very impressed! They fit nicely, too. I'm a 6.5 regular size shoe, and it was great fit!! However... the quality of the shoe wasn't great. See photos. The heals were all scrapped up on the inside and the seams on the shoe looks like they were not done well. The soles of the shoe looked excellent, but the heals were all scratched up and one was bent....so it looked worn. I'm wondering if poor materials were used just for the heal. Unfortunately, I planned to use them for an event and couldn't exchange in time and worried the next pair would also be scratched up. So, I had to return. Read more

Very cute and stylish - however, while these shoes are not recommended for people with weak ankles and a highly arched foot, they are very recommended for people who need some lucky shoes. The extreme foot discomfort and agony that I experienced from breaking these bad boys in at a standing concert, led me to some sitting steps with a door that the concert performer stumbled out of - turning the pain and suffering into joy and gratitude. Therefore, while I would like to write a review saying these shoes are the most uncomfortable things I have ever worn and I will never wear them again - I must say - I truly believe they changed my life.
