Love these so much for running and even wearing around the house!
I was looking for a feasible solution to keep my foot pain at bay while on cardio machines or running. All I could find were clunky braces, cushions, and toe-separators that could not be worn comfortably under shoes. These tapes are a game changer, especially for someone like me who knows nothing about KT taping. I only wish they stayed on a bit better. I keep it on all day, but once I work out and get sweaty, I have to change. Still, with 40 pieces in a box, it's well worth it! Read more

Do not waste your money
This product is not worth the money. The adhesive tape doesn't stick efficiently. Band-aids work better. Sorry that I purchased this item. I would not give it a star if I could. Read more

Bunion tape
Doesn’t give the proper support at all , does not move the big toe to the notmal position. No pain relief Read more
Tape loses its adhesiveness and stretches after a few hours.
I bought these to help prevent bunion pain. I like the pre-shaped tape so I don’t have to cut my own strips from KT tape. One caveat is that I have small feet (size 5) so the part that wraps around your arch, for me, reaches almost to my ankles. I was able to work around this by cutting that part off and then taping it around the arch of my foot where it should be. The main reason I give this three stars is that it is not as adhesive as it says it is. I have used this three times, and each time the tape edges near the toe as well as the arch loses its adhesiveness within about six hours. This will not last you more than one day, as opposed to the product description says. Also, I’ve noticed that the tape seems to loosen up, so it doesn’t hold my big toe in position for very long.
