I have never written a review for anything on amazon before, but I just couldn't not say something about these headphones. The quality is amazing, they give such nice sound while fitting so nicely in your ear, and are affordable. I lose headphones pretty so often so it wasn't uncommon for me to just pick up random brands at Walgreens; I picked up these pairs without even paying attention to the logo and it was the best decision I've ever made. They ended up working beautifully until about 6 months had passed and the left headphone stopped consistently working. I went ahead and checked the brand and I've bought like 6 pairs since. I can't even use other headphones now (or at least I don't like to), I'm so used to the amazing sound from these. I love them. Read more
Great earbuds for the price. I have had several iFrogz earbuds over the years and really like them - the fit in my ear is excellent and the quality of the sound is great. Sure, these are "just ear buds" and if you are a serious audiophile, you can complain about something. But for general use, they are fantastic. They also provide a decent amount of ambient noise blocking. I use them in a busy gym on a loud treadmill - no worries. I have also used them on my lawnmower while mowing grass and tilling my garden - work great - can hear the music just fine and get good blockage of ambient noise. Read more
These are my FAVORITE ear-bud style headphones -- sound-wise -- and trust me, I've tried them all! I used to buy them exclusively at Walmart but I recently moved from Denver to San Francisco and the closest Walmart is a haul. I WILL add, however, that a huge drawback of this product is that after a few months of daily use (I'm a podcast addict) one ear always stops working. Because I love the sound quality and noise-cancelling features of them, as well as the very reasonable price, however, I will continue to purchase them. I always keep a backup package around. My others had quit on me and I bought another pair that had the phone mic on it and they really messed with my iPod when it was playing and kept bringing the voice command up when my iPod is not a phone. I went back to Walmart to find these again and they have just stopped carrying them. They have some other brands that don't even compare. Came to Amazon and found them and have been thrilled ever since. These are the best brand of earbuds I have used to date. I buy them 5 or 6 at a time, so when I finally use them long enough that they are worn out, I have another pair on standby. Love these ear buds. The sound quality is exceptional. Read more
While I actually own the Red ones, I can't find them on here to review, so I decided to put my review here. Pros: I adore these earbuds. They are probably the best set of earbuds I've ever owned, especially considering the price. The three differently sized available cushions make it very easy to find one that helps the earbud sit comfortably in your ear, even for smaller ears like mine. They're very easy to sleep or lay in, even when your head is turned so that you're laying on the earbud, which is extremely useful for when traveling long distances by plane. I love the fact that the cord is rubberized, since it seems sturdier than the cords that use a smoother/harder plastic coating. The shorter than usual length is great for people who use these mainly for an MP3 player, and don't want a long cord hanging down and getting caught on things. The sound quality I get from these buds is fantastic. Cons: The reason these don't get 5 stars? Like most every other earbud I have ever tried and owned, the cord can transmit some of the sound/vibration to the ears if it rubs against something. And the sound dampening isn't perfect, certain sounds can make it past the earbuds. However, even the 'negatives' of these buds are very minor, and easy to overlook. When the Ifrogz Earpollution buds I have now wear out, I definitely plan on buying another set to replace them. Other brands would have to improve quite a bit in order to tempt me away from these earbuds. Read more
So I basically purchased these earbuds when my skullcandy ones died and this one was cheaper...I just started using them and am amazed. They are definitely more comfortable than the Skullcandy INK'D Earbuds - Met Green ones and I would say they have simialr sound quality. I would definitely reccomend them. I have always had problems sleeping while I'm wearing skullcandy earbuds (mainly for when my hall is too noisy) but when I tried to sleep with these they didn't bother me at all...even when I was sleeping on my side and thus on the earbud...so all in all this is an amazing earbud. These are absolutely the best most affordable ear buds ever! The sound quality is outstanding with a great low end with a very clear high end. They are super durable—I use them a lot when mowing and weed eating for upwards of five and six hours at a time and only have to replace them once every year or longer. These are hands-down my favorite earbuds, and I won't use any other kind any more. I bought my first pair at a truck stop on a whim once, and to my surprise they turned out to be great. They do a good job of blocking out all other sounds, they have a great volume, and clear sound. Most importantly they are comfortable in my ears, which is the part I'm super picky about.
