I bought this for my iPhone to charge while in hostels during my thru-hike. It is smaller, cheaper with same basic functionality and use of the other bricks in the wall. I charged my iPhone(after restarting the phone as iPhone claimed I had an accessory attached and to go to settings. But that did nothing. So, I did a quick "Why does this phone suck sometimes..." google search and was informed it was user error and not the iPhone. Restart and try again) It is suited for any cord lengths and has two ports. It didn't seem to overheat and charged the iphone battery just fine. Read more
I use this wall charger to charge both my husband and my Fitbit watches. I like the flat profile instead of the cube-shaped block I previously had. The charging block will be easier to travel with because of the sleeker design. It even seems like our Fitbits charge up quicker than the old charger.
