A really good, dash cam, easy to install. watched a couple videos, up & running in a short time ( ~20 min.) Note: be careful when loosening that knob on the mounting bracket! mine fell off & got lost after a couple of turns to adjust cam! But called their Customer Service. I mean, chatted with someone through their website. You cant really "talk" to them as they rather chat or communicate through email( no phone #)! yeah that sucks, but they respond fairly quick & sent out replacement within 10 days! A+. My only glitch, was in the setup, which is fairly simple, my Problem was setting up the time on the dash cam! it uses a unconventional format, Looks like a tiny spread sheet & uses UTC time zones? I had to look up what PST was in UTC! was a bit confusing! I finally got it, using the trial & error method. I had to set it around 5-6 times. since You need to be sure to toggle to the check mark √ after you enter all the correct info in it. or it wont stick , It'll default back to the last setting! It was made difficult as I installed & set before Daylight Savings! so after I set it, I had to reset it again, 2 days later! to fall back! it was madddening to toggle thru, multiple days in a row! mostly because I forgot to toggle to the check ,ark√ after I set it correctly! only to see the same time & date onscreen! frustrating & confusing, mainly cuz it seems UTC time is in 24 hr. format! i figured it out after 4-5 tries. not a deal breaker, but I hate feeling Stupid with something that should easy!!! minus -2 stars, Dash Cam Is great, so far & Nice features, CS was effective. I just received my Q7 Dual 4K dash camera and set up the front camera right away. The video quality is excellent—very clear—and installation was simple. I haven’t hooked up the rear camera yet, but I plan to soon. The shipment arrived next day, and the packaging was neat with clear instructions. Everything needed was included in the box: plugs, adhesive pads to secure the wiring, and even a plastic panel puller to help with installation. Running the rear camera wire will take a little time, but the cord has plenty of length to reach all the way through the vehicle. Overall, a smooth setup experience and impressive quality so far.
