This is great for gaming. When I’m playing video games but in a voice chat with my friends, so nice to be able to use this as a push to talk option for when we play with random teammates. I’m a big dude, and the durability of this thing is great. Easy to set up. Easy to use. Very quick response time for either a single push, or a hold down push. When it works, it is quiet and smooth when pressed. The design is simple yet for its purpose and at its price point of 17usd as of this posting, it is extremely good product, I give it a 5/5. The macro software is very user-friendly and provides great value for the cheap product cost. It is a silent press with what feels like a solid, durable build. The pedal moves around a lot. The plastic body is comfortable, but on my wood floors it slides so much I half wish I went with a heavier metal build. I wear a size 12US shoe and the pedal also feels pretty small compared to my car pedals, but I never played instruments so it could be user error. Read more

This pedal works nicely for my purposes––using Karabiner Elements on my Mac I've got it configured to page/scroll down on long documents. It's light and cheap plastic, but is put together solidly enough to feel fairly durable. Just be aware that it's totally quiet, so look elsewhere if you want a click (as a sound and/or tactile feedback) to go along with your button press. Even without that feedback, the range of motion on the pedal action is enough that each press feels like a complete and discrete action (which is good, since one possibility with a silent pedal is that it feels kind of mushy or unclear as to when you're actually sending a signal).
