Illy is Excellent Quality Brand❣️I have this in Whole Beans too.A nice foil seal. I just discovered it comes in instant coffee. Very SMOOTH Caramel, Orange Blossom and Jasmine Notes. Mild and Balanced. I think you could have it stronger depending on amount used. I used half a teaspoon and added my regular half n half to my coffee cup. The Instant Coffee Can is small 3.3 Oz I enjoy it once a week. The other days I do the whole beans. Easy to use and caffeine content is manageable for the amount I use. If you need more caffeine energy then use more . I try to buy organic and less processed foods in general. I think this instant coffee is affordable for once a week. Smooth rich taste, hot or on ice. I drink it black and have already ordered more! Organic content is noticeably better as well as the higher altitude, that the beans are grown at. Non-acidic coffee which can be made within minutes by boiling water. Illy is a great brand for coffee and it tastes very nice. It is not as strong as an illy espresso so don't get your hopes up on that. It's like in the higher end of instant coffee but is a little expensive, which is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. Read more

I do not drink decaf coffee frequently. Once in a while - later in the late afternoon - I want the taste of a coffee, but not the caffein induced pickup. In the past, I bought and tried several decaf brands. The taste of those were ok, but somehow they were always off for me. As I used illy’s espresso ground coffee before, I gave a try to illy’ instant decaf. I was pleasantly surprised. The coffee granulate dissolves quickly. The medium roast has a smooth, espresso-like taste. I like caramel notes, they come through well. When I want a stronger, more robust taste, I add just a little more granulate than it is recommended.
