Good design, easy too use.

It was very easy to put together. I use it to eat lunch in living room. I am happy I bought it. It is well designed and made. It is wobbly from side to side but only if you deliberate wobble it. If you added a brace across bottom to stop the wobble, it would make it less versatile. It is sturdy enough for the way I use it. It is very adjustable to make usable at different heights. It is exactly the size I wanted it to be. It is better than I expected after reading others reviews. It is better made than the old metal TV tables we had years ago. Read more

Poor design. Adjustable legs were different lengths.

UPDATE: BEWARE. At the time of this review, you also have to pay return shipping for defective product. Has a cheap plastic top and metal (adjustable) legs were different lengths. Tried to adjust difference using the pre-drilled adjusting holes, but nope, it just made it lopsided in the other direction. As for the 'comfy' part -- if it hadn't been defective -- the tabletop does not adjust (tilt) for proper positioning with a laptop as shown with in the product picture. With even or uneven legs, the design does not allow for a laptop to rest at a comfortable typing position unless the it is resting directly on your lap, which defeats the purpose. As a TV dinner or bedside table it might work in theory as long as the total weight supported isn't substantial. The table top 'clicks' into place and is in no way secured to the metal support brace so it will pop off if too much weight or mild force is applied. Do not recommend. Returning. Read more

Great little versatile table.

Great little table. I bought it to make beadwork jewelry on it in front of the TV. I put a beading tray, a craft light and my beadwork on it and it is perfect for me to bead while my husband watches TV. I can pull it in very close and raise it up higher which is needed for my work. When I am not beading I can lower it down and use it for sharing snacks and drinks with my husband or use it with my 15.6" laptop and it fits fine with a mouse. It does feel a bit unsteady at times, but I lean my elbows on it while beading and my arm on it while using the mouse and it is fine. I have had the laptop on it and had one of my cats jump up onto it, more than once this has happened and the little table was fine. The best part is how easy it is to collapse it and put it out of sight while not in use. Although I am finding that I use it so much I may as well leave it set up all the time. Great little table, perfect size. Quickly shipped. One plastic clip up under the table top was in pieces on arrival, but it has not affected the function of the table so I did not bother to return it or contact the seller. Read more

Good buy

Couldn’t find any affordable side tables to have snacks by the tv, until I found my comfy table... It’s great for dinners on the couch, light weight and sides right up on your lap !!! Good buy!! Read more

works for what I bought it for

I use this in my living room. I like how easily it slides and it holds my laptop quite securely. I had problems with putting the legs on one of them was almost the same size and I had to take off the plastic end for it to fit. The top seems a little flimsy but it held my 17 inch laptop very well. I think it is too expensive for what it is. Read more

broken piece of tray

I like the product but a peice of the edge broke off on BOTH trays that I purchased (1 left edge and 1 right edge) and leaves very jagged spots. I'm going to try to superglue them in place, but I couldn't find any way to contact the seller other than returning it which I don't need to do but want some dialogue on this issue. Also thought I was getting 1 silver as pictured and 1 black as pictured and both arrived black. Read more

Great table

Very sturdy and easy to move around with one hand. I use it to eat on and it holds up to the pressure when I cut a piece of meat, for example. It slides easily under any sofa or chair. Read more

Concept is good -- Product is bad.

I usually write favorable reviews on products but not this time. I loved the idea of being able to fold it and slide it under the couch when not in use. It was difficult to adjust for height. The mechanism involves "balls" that protrude through the inside leg. As with all such systems, you press the balls in and slide the outer metal leg over the inner until you find the right location and then the balls pop out securing the leg in place. Firstly, it was difficult to get both balls (sides) to pop out. One side kept recessing into the inner leg. I would have to pull the legs apart and start over. I thought to myself once I get it adjusted to the right height, I won't have to mess with it again. Wrong! In order to fold the table to slide under the couch, you have press the balls in to rotate the legs so that the table is flat. Therefore, every time, I put away the table, and wanted to reuse it, I would have the same problem. It would take less time to eat my dinner than to adjust the time. If you don't plan to stow the table between uses, it is probably an okay product. Read more
