This is the perfect sleeve for a Surface Book, or any tablet/slim laptop. I like that the zipper is on the top (short side) of the sleeve which enables easy access when my computer is in my backpack. I can leave the sleeve in my bag and just pull out the laptop when needed, then easily slide it back into the case/bag when finished. It came with an accessory bag. It has the same nice soft lining that the case has. I don't use the accessory bag that often, but I can see it coming in handy when traveling. The padding is great. It wraps completely around the edges to prevent any accidental knocks when I'm tossing my backpack around. The sizing is great for my surface pro. It slides in easily yet there is not much wiggle room for it to move around. There is a front pouch, but it would be difficult to fit anything it it besides a small usb cord, usb adapters, small papers, etc. The interior and exterior fabrics are nice enough that I could easily take the sleeve to meetings if necessary. I bought an “aesthetic” laptop sleeve before this and immediately changed my mind. It was beige, which I could tell would get dirty the first time I used/touched it. It also had no pockets, or anywhere to put my charging cable, unless I just wanted to shove it in the case with my laptop and have a huge bulge in the case (I didn’t). Luckily, I came to my senses and just wanted to find a case with the best reviews. This is the one I found and I loooove it. It looks amazing. It’s not a solid black (which I would actually hate) but rather a dark heather charcoal canvas material. It looks kind of like a very dark pair of jeans. It feels expensive and well built. The very best part of all is that it opens on the short side. This means I can have the case in my backpack and slide my laptop in and out of it without taking the whole thing out and making a scene unzipping it to get to my laptop. The padding inside is amazing. There is a zippered pocket on the laptop case as well, but the little matching pouch is my favorite part. It is the perfect size for your charging cables, digital pen, and wireless mouse. There are even pockets inside and it has a fuzzy lining to protect your things. I have a Lenovo 2-in-1 14” laptop and the 14” case fits it soooo perfectly. I am confident that the material is sturdy and won’t show dirt, that my laptop will be protected, that it looks great, and that it is designed to do exactly what I need it to do. I thought I wanted a hard shell case for my new MacBook Pro 16. This is the 2023 model. After going to Best Buy and looking around, I found a few sleeves like this that I liked. I did some research and found this one. First off, the inside is super soft! It also has nice padding. The MacBook has a perfect, snug fit, but still easy enough to get in and out. The outside is gray. It has a nice, professional look to it. It's also splash resistant. Water just rolls off it. There is a pocket on the front that you can use for the power cord, but I'm going to use. the little bag that came with it for that. The little bag that it comes with is thin with less protection, but you're not protecting your computer, so it's okay. It's perfect for packing up my mouse, power cord, and any other small item I may need for the day. All in all, a VERY solid product. And at a $24 price point, you can't go wrong.
