This inscense holder is made of real wood. It has 2 holes, one on each end to hold inscense sticks. Can use for one or 2 as your preference. This is an elongated oval shaped bowl. The holes held a 1 mm stick-end just fine. It was an 8 inch stick. The entirety of the ash fell in the bowl. None fell on the counter. The bowl is wider which helps make sure the ash lands in it. Also it is taller on the edges as a bowl. The holder is a little less than 1 inch tall. The bottom of this is flat. No feet or bumpers. Does not need them. I like the wood. You can see the grain. It is a nice color. Sanded smooth. I would say some kind of finish on it, there is the slightest sheen. Easily emptied and cleaned. Just wipe it out. Of course once everything is cooled completely. Rustic, modern, farmhouse, minimal... would go well in a lot of rooms with a lot of different decors. Nice looking holder. Read more

This is a great incense holder! Beautiful mango wood and hand crafted and the best part is both the holes on either side actually work to hold your incense sticks! Previous holders in purchased always came without this and although it may sound trivial it’s challenging to have to drill these holes yourself as the joke either gets too wide or too shallow or deep etc. this product has that all set up perfectly and look elegant and artfully made. 100% satisfied!! I am very impressed with the product due to the high quality of the wood and the finishing, which is very good for my Puja and meditation. All types of incenses can be fixed in the holes and the best part is the residual of the incense sticks is collected within the product and the ashes do not fall out.
