I’m in LOVE! I had the idea of industrial pipes for a sturdy open closet and for the look of course, and i couldnt be happier!!! It is sturdy and perfectly tall, my ceiling is very low and it kind of went perfectly under the ceiling- making my room look like my very own fashion boutique! The pipes come already painted a nice matte black, and instructions worked for me. I did not bang it on the floor but it does chip easily if you accidentally hit the pipes, so i see the paint being scratched or chipped easily with my new metal velvet hangers that i have on the way, but so far - beautiful! Neat, quality product yet I went into the project way over confident post reading the reviews! Solo person beware. It’s not complex, but I’m 5’10, 138 lb female.. assemble & screw into the wall one piece at a time, esp if building in a confined laundry 🧺 space . Was truly horrifying when the heavy pipe wouldn’t fully catch the opposing pipe threads, became an instant weapon! Do not try to rush it at all! That said, nice product! I purchased this for the back wall of a 5.5 x 7 walk in closet. It was the perfect fit for the space and seems to have almost tripled the amount of storage. Very pleased with this purchase. It is more of a paint coating instead of a durable powder coat so I know it will show scratches as it gets more use, but the function is worth it. Read more

I ordered two of these to install in a small bedroom that I am turning into a closet. Some of the pipes were scratched but I could over look that. The issue that could NOT be overlooked was the fact that one of the bottom pipes that was intended to rest on the floor was a full 5 inches shorter than the other two. And, this was the case on BOTH sets of racks. We had to get creative to make it work, as we had already paid someone to install the unit, otherwise I would've returned the racks for a refund! UPDATE: I was promptly contacted by the company after leavung this review and they worked really hard to resolve my issue. The customer service is top notch, so I've changed my review from 2 to 3 stars. Read more
