I have been undergoing shoulder therapy to hopefully prevent surgery. These bands have the lower weight bands that I need to accomplish the exercises I need to do. The are extremely well made and strong and the best bands on the market. The customer support team is top notch and very fast at responding. This set has higher quality than the 3 other sets that I have purchased. The metal clips and rings are thicker and larger. Although this set is listed as 5 to 25 pounds of resistance, it has higher resistance and thicker tubular bands than the 10 to 50 pound resistance sets I have. Unlike a physical steel weight set, the resistance of the elastic bands increases as you stretch the band more. This makes the "pound" resistance rating subjective, since you don't know how much the band needs to be stretched to to get its listed Pound resistance rating. Read more

I bought this set of bands because of the appeal of adding bands together to make different combinations of weight resistance as i get stronger. (My previous set had only three resistances, and I had already outgrown the strongest one.) The bands are easy to change out with the carabiners, and I appreciate the booklet that came with it that has suggested exercises. I use these bands at home to complement my use of free weights, and I will take them with me when I travel so I don't have to worry about finding a gym. I feel like this set will last quite a while and enable me to really build up my strength. Read more
