When I tell you this is one of the best blow dryers I’ve ever owned, I mean it—and I’ve had both high-end and affordable ones! Normally, it takes me 30–45 minutes to blow-dry my very thick 3C–4A/B hair, but with this dryer, I went from soaking wet to completely dry and straight in just 15 minutes. I used the double-comb attachment, which stayed securely in place—no wobbling, slipping, or shaking. The design is lightweight, comfortable to hold, and thoughtfully made. I especially love that the cool setting doesn’t require holding down a button—such a relief when you want to cool your scalp quickly! Yes, it’s a bit loud, but the performance more than makes up for it. The heat level is powerful without being harsh—I didn’t burn my ears, scalp, or neck. I finished with a cool blast to seal everything, then lightly flat-ironed the ends for a smooth, bouncy finish. Even my edges looked great straight from the blow dryer! Overall, this dryer is fast, efficient, and comfortable to use—an absolute must-have for thick or textured hair. My packaging was brand new unopened came with the four attachments all in brand new packaging. I know some other reviews said they were missing a piece. Mine was my packaging was brand new unused unopened. All pieces included. I especially like the fact that it does have the cover that will allow you to clean off the filter over the motor that can be problematic sometimes. All it needs to do now is hold up if I have any problems I will come back and update my review, but it seems pretty sturdy even though it is lightweight to the touch. LOVE IT!!! OMG! The attachments click on and don't come off unless you release them, it so much easier! I turned on the dryer to the lowest setting and it was like the highest setting on my last dryer!!!! My hair dried so fast and was straight, no frizz and I barely needed to flat iron it after! This was purchased as a gift for my mother. Her other dryer by another brand stopped working. This was the replacement I found. She said this is the best dryer she has ever owned. It works great. The design of it is good and she loves the attachments, which are easy to get on and fit well and work like a charm. Recommend this product ! Works great, but hard to handle. I have been using Conair blow dryers since they first came out in the 70s and have never been disappointed until now. The body style is too long, which feels unbalanced and hard to control. I have to hold it in two hands to work the switches because my thumb doesn’t reach them when holding it in one hand. Maybe larger hands wouldn’t have this problem? But the dryer works great and the multiple temperatures are nice to have. I use the comb attachment on my wavy hair to keep the frizz under control. My hair texture is dense, coarse, 3c/4a and roughly 18-20 inches when straightened. This works much faster than using a typical hair dryer to dry and prep your hair to be straightened. It usually takes me 45 mins. or more just to get all my hair flat enough with a regular dryer, but with this it took me under 30 and I was able to do it in bigger sections!
