I love these - they're super sturdy, very cute, and are actually quite hard to tip over. We've had pool parties with a dozen people in the pool moving and splashing around and they don't sink or topple over - it's pretty cool to watch them being tossed around by the water and never turning or flipping. These work great with regular and slim cans and thinner, highball glasses, but I couldn't get a normal glass to fit in any of them. I'd recommend using a koozie to keep the drink from warming, though. I didn't have issues getting the cans with koozies to fit. The palm tree and beach umbrella won't float upright without a drink in them, but once there's a drink in them they stand up perfectly. These were a hit for all our summer parties. Read more
These were a spur-of-the moment buy, just before we left for our vacation. I’ve spent 6 months sitting inside the same 4 walls looking at the same people. And because of the current Covid situation, we knew we’d be parking ourselves in the vacation house and not leaving the property until check-out day. As such, I brought the blender, mixers and a case of liquor. Pursuant to my plan to become the first human-sized pickled prune, I spent all week in the pool with these lovely, inexpensive and very useful drink holders. I was using 12oz stainless steel tumblers with lids. The lids were important because there were a few “tip-overs”, but mostly due to the rowdy teenagers and other, equally stir-crazy adults that insisted upon invading my watery nirvana. Also, once covid is over and I don’t feel quite so inclined to remain happily pickled all week, these are the perfect size for my niece to use for her Barbie dolls in the pool. Read more
Bought these for my kids to float in a smallish blow-up pool. I'd seen a super-cute review where kids were floating small dolls (Barbie, etc.), and the novelty and doll options were much more my objective than actually using these as cup-holders. These were reasonably easy to inflate and I REALLY APPRECIATE that they came with a pump to do so! My girls (5 and 8) could do it and it was quite easy. The "tall" floats tip over, of course, without a cup in them so they're not as much fun to kids without a doll or water bottle in them. They served the purpose as a fun novelty, but they didn't get much love after that. I'll deflate them and bring the out again on the river when we go boating (tied to the boat, of course - I don't want to add garbage to the river/ocean if they float away!) or, more likely, save them for next year or for the water table, which is fun when the pool isn't out or it's fall and too cold for a pool but warm enough to play in water if you're not wet. I was so excited when i received these! The plastic is made pretty good and feels thick. They all float as they are supposed too and fit a can or a small cup easily! My one float had a little pin hole in it and slowly leaked air so i messaged the seller and they responded very quick and took care of the issue no problem. Ive had to contact other sellers before and none of them were as sweet and as understanding as angel center! All i had to do was send a picture of the small hole and explain what was wrong and they sent me a replacement float no problem! My daughter really wanted some little floats for our pool to hold her drinks. While these are very adorable they do not really work. Some of them hold their air and some do not. If you try and put drinks in them they topple over. They do come with an air pump to blow them up. Overall they are more for appearance and to look cute not really functional. Read more
These came with a plastic syringe pump that worked great to blow these up - and my girls are thrilled with their Barbie pool party in the tub! Dead of winter here currently, but how fun would these be in the summer, in a real pool (or storage tub ‘pool’)??! Very cute and the perfect size for Barbies!
