Good product, well designed, but blades clearly not as sharp as could, and should be. I can and will use them, but do wish they were just sharp enough to not have to place as much strain on the rest of the instrument as is required. Dullness lowers ability for quick, more desirable, less taxing outcomes. Not the first to comment on this. Otherwise nice instrument. Seems some say sharp, some, like me and others, dull, not sharp. Manufacturing problems perhaps, just don't get, while some say sharp, others disappointed with dullness. Could be a manufacturing and quality issue e.g. get the right ones -- maybe ok, others, not so lucky. Vendor take note. There is an issue and it should be acknowledged and addressed. Looks well-made and sturdy, so I gave it a 2-star, but what's a nice professional expensive tool for if it doesn't work. The edges are blunt. I'm disappointed because I liked the look and feel of the tool and how the blades are flush, but it's useless. I tried it on the edge of a nail, and instead of cutting the nail, it kept sliding off. Then I tried it on a hangnail, and it pinched it like a pair of tweezers; it didn't snip it. I'm returning this and don't recommend it, unfortunately. Read more
