Out of the box, it is very user-friendly with a clear interface. The top buttons allow you to toggle between three modes—Health, Soothing, and Vitality—and three intensity levels. It also includes a nice accessory kit: a carrying bag, a USB-C charging cable, and a pair of gloves, which I found helpful for those with more sensitive skin. Performance and Feel: The massage action works by inflating internal bags that move pressure between the front and back of the unit. On the "Low" intensity setting, the compression is very firm, similar to a blood pressure cuff. It holds that tightness before releasing and cycling again. While it takes a few minutes to get used to the sensation, it becomes quite relaxing once you settle in. It does emit a low humming noise during operation, but it isn’t loud enough to be distracting. Key Concerns: My main reservation involves the heating function. It can get quite hot—to the point of being slightly irritating on the skin. While the device features a 15-minute auto-shutoff for safety, I do worry about the long-term reliability of that sensor given how high the temperature climbs. Usage Tips: When you power the unit off, the bags gradually deflate, making it easy to slide your hand out.
