I recently started loving sling bags and was using an Adidas sling bag but wanted something that was more like a purse that I could wear with regular clothes or dress up or down. This bag was highly rated so I thought why not let's try it. I usually use exclusively Kate Spade bags so I wasn't sure I would keep this bag but I am highly impressed with it's quality and storage space. It feels and looks expensive but is a fraction of the price of designer bags. There is so much room in this bag! It can fit so much which is great because I carry around a lot of shit. At first I didn't notice that this is a "chest" bag and not a backpack but you are able to clasp the strap two different ways so it's versatile. My only complaint is that the strap is very close my neck but it doesn't bother me much. I can see this being very useful for traveling. Feels so good to not have a purse weighing down my shoulders! I really want to love this bag because of the perfect size, shape, and easy-to-clean material, but unfortunately, I will have to return it. First, the good: Did I mention the perfect size? Of course, I can only speak for my needs, but it fits exactly the things I need to carry. My larger than average Samsung S23 Ultra fits in the front pocket. The main compartment holds keys, lipstick, glasses, gum, slim bi-fold wallet for cards (I have more than the built-in slots will accommodate), and even a small brush. It's also very stylish, and I like the way it hangs both across my back and just over the shoulder like you'd carry a purse. It's a little bulky to wear across the front of my body, but I'm also small at 5'2" and it may look better on someone taller. In certain situations where I'm concerned about theft, it CAN be worn across the front comfortably -- just didn't like the look on me. What I don't like / didn't notice: 1. The material of the bag is not a true white. It's more of a beige color, which was not what I wanted. I think I would still keep it, though, if the strap were the same color. However, the white in the strap fabric IS a pure white, so the contrast makes the bag look dingy, and I just don't like that it's not the same color. 2. While I like that the bag's material can be wiped clean, I thought it was smooth, but it isn't. There's a "ripple" texture to the bag that is not very obvious in the photos. I just don't love it. 3. The gold accents on the bag (zippers and other hardware) are VERY gold. I could live with it, but the things I don't like are adding up. 4. The brand name, also in gold, is written across the front of the bag. It's small, and I guess that's why it was easy to miss it the photos. Not the end of the world, but I would prefer something more subtle. With all that said, I'm going to return this bag and look a lot more carefully at the photos of the replacement. :) Read more

Honestly it is so spacious, I bought this as a Christmas gift and it was automatically loved and used. Seems to be great material for it to last and has two main pockets and a hidden pocket for valuables. Its light and can be work on chest or back (chest is more correct for this in my opinion). The size of this purse was perfect. The strap was a little wider than I expected, but I can live with it. It does have a soft seatbelt type lining on the strap which is super comfortable. The adjustable strap stays in place when you loosen or tighten it. The pockets are super roomy for a small purse like this, but unfortunately it didn’t fit the notebook that I normally use so I will have to get a little bit of a smaller one next time. This notebook is 8.25”x6.25” and not that thick. A thicker one would definitely fit though! (Or a real book if you’re a book person like me). Plenty of room in the biggest pocket. If you look at that pen in the bottom of the big pocket in the picture that I took you can tell that there’s a lot of room in there! Even the smaller pockets are deep enough to store a lot of little things. In the back pocket my phone will fit perfectly. In the big pocket there is a small area in the back for toiletries or whatever. The big pocket has enough room so you can also fit your wallet, sunglasses, lotion .. stuff like that and there’s a pocket for cards. The next pocket has a little zipper but it goes all the way down to the bottom of the purse. The front pocket is big enough for keys and stuff like that. I have my keys and my AirPods in that one and there’s still more room. I don’t like carrying a lot of stuff because it makes it so heavy, so that’s probably all I will put in mine, plus this leather is a bit heavier than my old purse. It is super well-made! I’m very impressed! I would definitely recommend this one! *Update Dec 2024: this purse has held up wel there are only a couple of small spots where stitching is coming apart at the zipper but overall still in really good shape and I’ve used it every single day.
