I’ve tried many “non-stick” pans before, but this one actually works. Food slides right off with little to no oil, and cleaning takes just a few seconds. I just got this in today. I bought the 11 inch pan. I fried some bacon and eggs and was completely surprised how nonstick it really was. I had been using a Hell's Kitchen pan but the enamel started chipping away. The biggest difference is that this pan did not have the fried bacon stick to where the hells kitchen did. The pan also layed flatter on the electric coils and there was not an imballance. The pan feels and has a solid well built weight without being too heavy. Read more
