The directions were very clear and concise, and they include everything you need to get a smooth and perfect screen. I love the plastic guide that you put over the mp3 player so it goes on 100 percent straight. You do need to use that without any other cover on the device (I had also purchased the case cover and had to remove it first, no biggie) The cleaning packet is perfect and the screen protector went on perfect after using it too. I was worried when my G3 came in and only had the thin "factory" lens cover used in shipping. Because I am in construction, I could see my lens not lasting very long, like my glasses. There is also a centering tool that you place on the G3, then, lays the new lens in the centering tool and watch the lens stick in place.
