I almost didn't buy this because there are a couple of old photos showing the ends of the bar broken off. The manufacturer must have changed their specs because there is NO WAY the bar I have is going to come apart with even hundreds of pounds of force applied, and I've tried. I use this with HEAVY resistance bands, like the X3 Elite range, doubled over for deadlifts. This bar can easily handle the load. I bought heavier carabiners to accommodate thick bands, but the swiveling eyelets handle that easily. Just a tip, be sure your carabiner is completely closed before you place a heavy load on any band. The exposed threads will cut any band under high tension instantly. This bar does require you to unlock a carabiner to change bands, so things like the Harambe bar or the X3 have an advantage in that regard. The width is so much more comfortable for a variety of movements than the X3. I can use a short bar, but I really prefer this. The biggest benefit is probably in the chest press (where the added length gives resistance earlier in the movement), and in the deadlift (where the hand position is more like a barbell). The foam grip is durable and comfortable. If you are wondering whether to spend hundreds of dollars on an X3 system and you are concerned about all the complaints people make about shredded bands, just get this bar, a good set of bands, and one of the many 3rd party footplates out there. You might have to google a bit to figure out what I'm talking about, but if you are familiar with X3 you will get what I'm talking about... EDIT: After closer observation, the bar does flex very slightly during heavy deadlifts with bands doubled over, but I see no sign that the bar could actually fail. This is the equivalent of hundreds of pounds of weight. Still a very useful bar. Read more
These are easily some of the best handles I have ever used if not the best actually, they're built really strong, the handles are super comfortable actually and almost a little bit sticky and slightly mushy but that's good because your hands won't slip holding them and they're not too sticky or too mushy but they're just right and made really well and will last a long time and probably out live us honestly unless you use them all the time and wear them out possibly but if you do that's a good thing because that means you're exercising as you should but these are easily worth the money and some of the best handles I have ever used easily but I have other ones also that are made really good as well and that have bigger D rings then these but these have 2 D rings that are fairly big, not the biggest but 2 that are fairly big so they'll be strong but these don't come with caribiners which kind of sucks even though I have plenty already so I would knock these down 1 star for that potentially but because the handles on these are more comfortable than any other handles out there that I know of I can't knock them down at all because I have about a dozen of these different singular handles and these are actually probably the most comfortable honestly because I just compared them to all the other ones that I have so these are about as good as you can get plus they look good as well so I highly recommend them! These INNSTAR handles completely transformed my cable and resistance band workouts. Whether you're lifting at home or in the gym, these are a serious upgrade over standard cable attachments. 🛠️ Heavy-Duty, Secure Grip Built with a solid ABS core and double-stitched nylon straps (as shown on pages 1 & 3), these handles feel extremely durable. They hold up to heavy pulling and high resistance without flexing or digging into your palms. I’ve used them with both resistance bands and on a cable machine, and they’ve never slipped or frayed. 🧤 Comfortable Even Under Heavy Loads The rubberized textured grip (visible on page 1) makes a huge difference. Even during longer sets or sweaty workouts, there’s no slipping or discomfort. They’re thick enough to give your hands solid support without being bulky. 🏋️ Versatile for All Kinds of Exercises From triceps pushdowns to face pulls and lat pulldowns (examples shown on page 3), these handles give you total freedom of motion. The wide loops attach easily to any carabiner, and they’re long enough to give your wrists natural alignment. 💪 Gym-Quality at Home They feel like something you’d find in a high-end gym, not a home setup. Honestly, they’re better than some of the attachments at my commercial gym. One reviewer even called them “the best handles I’ve ever used”—and I agree . ✅ Pros: Super strong and well-stitched Grippy rubber handles won’t slip Works with cable machines and resistance bands Comfortable enough for extended use ❌ Cons: Only comes in black—would love more color options Overall: If you're building out a home gym or want to level up your accessory work, these are worth every penny. They’re durable, feel great in hand, and make every pull movement smoother and more controlled. Read more
This product is easy to use! A nice little booklet comes with it for exercise ideas. For the price I feel that the contents are definitely worth it. The quality is not bad at all and after quite a bit of time of consistent use it’s holding up well. Read more
These handles are made to handle heavy weight no doubt. The double D loops and heavy duty stitching will take years of abuse. The handles are large, which may be an issue for those with smaller hands, but they have very good grip. For the price they cannot be beat, I am very happy with these. Read more
