There are a lot of parts to this water bottle. It's kind of a nice little thing once you get used to it, but it is little. A bit too small for what I needed it for but I wanted to make it work. I put a vitamin supplement in with 16 oz of water and whatever little bit of space I had left I put ice. I learned the hard way to not forget to clean immediately. I had bought two so I could have one in use and one out for cleaning. It got left on my counter for a week, and when I went to clean it, it was so full of mold that I had to throw it away because there were so many little crevices I was afraid I would not get them all cleaned properly.
