Amazing!
My doctor suggested I try these and at first I thought she was crazy. I took them for two months and they completely changed my life. I go through periods of taking them and then taking a break from them and they're amazing. I'll always come back to them. I slept better, I had more energy throughout the day (goodbye 2pm sleepiness) and I didn't notice any side effects. Read more

I don't review things much, but I feel compelled to just tell folks to try it. I did on kind of a whim and now I feel like my life is: life before CM and life after CM. Worked great at first for me, but is now leveling off.
This definitely knocks me out, especially taking two each night. However, I’m still waking up at 5:30 AM to pee (and I feel like a zombie) and I have a hard time going back to sleep. It managed my sugar cravings wonderfully in the beginning, but it definitely has plateaued now. On the advice of my NP, I’m going to try a different company to manage my cortisol, but I’m keeping these on hand in case. Read more
Best fit for me
I take this at night when I go to bed. It works so well for me. I’ve tried other brands that did not end up doing much for me, but this brand helps me sleep so much, and get more restful sleep. I wake up a lot less tired when I take this. I did not get any negative side effects at all from it. Read more

Not worth the price
I didn’t really notice a difference it actually gave me stomach problems, I think the drops are way better. Didn’t really help me sleep. I also purchased them because ofc an influencer over hyped these. Read more
Good start
I’m a combat vet and I think I’ve had high cortisol and everything that goes with that for decades. First week of taking this supplement and I’ve had a bit of a headache at night, but better sleep, more calm during the day, and I’ve had some relief of my joint and tendon pain.
