Seems like a good idea. Keep the flora growing in your gut. Very small ROUND pills, easy to swallow with no taste. Have been using them for 2 weeks and plan to do that routine every few Months (off and on) especially coming off medication that upsets your intestinal flora. (I am not a doctor but I saw one at a Holiday Inn). Read more
