i have three of these tops and have been wearing them non stop over the winter. i love them for when im working at home and i want a comfy long sleeve and i don’t want to wear something thick. theyre very thin so they’re perf for layering. if i want to go out in one of the lighter colors i’ll wear one over the other. they’re long on me so i cut like 2-3 inches off the hem, i haven’t hemmed them again and washed them a lot and they’re still totally fine and don’t have strings hanging down or whatever. my qualm is the price for what you get, i like the material a lot but the construction is very cheap. the seams on the sleeves and sides twist significantly and did so when i first tried them on. i expect this is because they didn’t cut the fabric on the grain, which is really common with fast fashion tops. i guess you expect something you paid over $60 for to not have the same problem a $10 forever 21 shirt would have. that being said, i want two more colors and i’ll either buy them used or directly from the intimissimi website to see if there is a quality difference. it’s really easy for third parties to list items as being from the official store on amazon, but it’s actually a knockoff being sold by someone else. amazon doesn’t do anything to verify where it’s coming from (they don’t care because they get money either way) and with these tops having a media moment over the last year or so it’s not out of the question. i’ve never bought directly from intimissimi before though so i don’t know what their quality is like.
