This is a second review for this stand. I feel kind of stupid, in the first review I stated their magnets 🧲 didn’t work. There are 4 small areas of the mounting plate that are magnetized. These spots are aligned with 4 magnets in the back of the iPad Pro. There’s no visual indication that they are present or where the magnets 🧲 are. But it’s a big surprise when it snatches the iPad out of your hand. It’s almost hard to get it back off, but you get used to removing it. My brand new 12.9” iPad Pro (2021 Ver.) holds on to this stand so well that I held stand with the screen facing straight down and started shaking it up and down fairly hard, ( over my mattress). It stuck like glue. I am so impressed that I feel I like I may write a review. If you are considering it, just spring for it right now !!! Read more

Use it every day!!! Had this for over a year now. It's still holding strong speaking of holding strong it holds my iPad strong LOL it works just as I thought it would and hoped it would and I love the look of it. It makes my iPad Pro 12.9 inch look just like my iMac office computer at work. The stand looks exactly like the iMac stand for desktop which I never even noticed until I started my job where they bought me my new iMac, which has the same stand with the hole cut for cord management. I had one for my iPad before I started my job learning about iMac. is almost identical to the iMac stand anyway if you're considering buying this, you will not be disappointed unless you're just weird and something is wrong with your brain. I've had this magnetic iPad stand for awhile now and I use it all the time. It's rock solid! The magnetic connection is sturdy, the swivel and rotation is smooth, and the build quality is up there as if Apple made it. In terms of looks, it pairs well with my 2019 iMac and the circular cut-out on the iPad stand is a nice touch for "cable management." Everything about it is great, however I wish it was a bit cheaper when I bought it. Looks like there's a $10 coupon at the time of this writing. I plan to get another stand when the next iPad comes out. This iPad stand is highly recommended 💯 Read more

I bought this thing in February of 2022 and I was just sitting here realizing how it's one of the few things like this that has lasted more than a year with constant use. I'm usually bad at remembering to leave positive reviews so I figured I'd drop one real quick. This stand has been very sturdy and strong. The material is super solid and will hurt when dropped in your toes (trust me, I know lol). The hinge is solid and has never wavered even a little. It doesn't even feel like it's starting to loosen like many of these products do over time. The magnets are super powerful and easily hold up a whole iPad 12.9" when placed on the base properly. Which brings me to some of the negative reviews about the magnetism. The claims of weak magnets are almost certainly user error. Obviously I can't speak for them so if there is a defect with what they received then that's fair, but the magnets do require a specific orientation to work. There is a logo on the plate and even a small indicator for how the iPad should be orientated. If the logo is right-side up and you're putting the iPad on properly you'll know it because the magnets will take a super strong hold. So strong in fact that you can pick the base up and swing it around quite a bit (I did this over my bed with almost no chance of it flying off onto the floor so please don't be dumb and try this over a hard surface or something). You have to physically hold the stand with one hand and pry the iPad off with the other before you feel the magnets come free. I've used this every day for over a year and it has not lost magnet strength, hinge strength, and is still one of the most solid things I've purchased. My only complaints are the price and the fact that the base is a bit narrow. Luckily for my case I am using 3M Velcro strips to secure the base to a lap desk so the narrow base isn't an issue anymore. However for the first few months I was just setting the stand on hard surfaces such as for cooking and reading a recipe. The stand is quite top heave with such a narrow base and will fall over if you aren't careful. But other than that issue this thing is very well made and built to last. $90 is a bit steep for this thing and I do feel like the profit margin has got to be higher than is reasonable, but I can't say that with certainty and despite being hesitant about the price I'm still recommending it for the reasons I've mentioned. Enjoy! Read more

I had previously loved this stand... but just the other day, was removing my iPad Pro 11" from it, and because the magnet is so strong, it pulled the stand forward, with enough momentum that it fell down onto my desk. So the iPad stand is standing up, and basically tips forward and hits the leather desk pad on my desk (not even a hard surface!). That impact broke the connecting points between the magnetic back and the stand part. I was shocked, until I saw what little actually holds those parts together - little tiny little nubs that stick into the other piece - almost as if it was designed to break! Avoid this overpriced and poorly constructed stand! Read more

I you like what you see in the picture, you won't be disappointed. The quality is really good. It swivels 360. You can adjust the angle of the screen at any angle. You can't lower the screen, but they didn't claim that you could. The magnet that holds the ipad is kindof perfect. Someone did some testing. Nice product. Read more
