It clicks onto the iO and stays on while brushing, and fits just about right. The brushes move as they should vibrate during use. However, it isn't as good as OEM, they just don't feel as soft, so it feels more abrasive on the gums and gumline than it should be. In addition, it doesn't have the same brush formation. The brush formation here feels less efficient, and feels to me less getting into nooks and crannies and also being more rough. It is adequate in cleaning, but again, not as good as OEM. So if you are pressed for on pricing, then you could use these. But I would rather have brush heads that are as good or just about as good as OEM with a lower cost, than noticeably lower quality with the lower cost. Until then, I would have to go with the higher pricing OEM, because that amount of quality difference matters when ensuring my teeth are clean. Read more

In accurate description, it does not work for the Oral B iO Toothbrush. You can't hear it grind inside because it's not compatible, missing the inner locking gears and the magnet and or metal part. I get alot of these off brand brush heads to test out. Tried these because I haven’t tried this DOLATIKOO brand yet. When I received them, turns out that they are IDENTICAL to several other hard to pronounce named brands that are also made in China. I don’t mean they just look the same. They are the identical subpar brush heads, in the same wrappers & box. If I would’ve known these were identical to the others, I wouldn’t have ordered them. So how are the brush heads themselves? Very subpar. They fit my Oral B iO9, but they don’t slide on & off near as nice as OEM. It’s a tight squeeze on & it just doesn’t feel right from the get go. These are MUCH noisier then OEM heads. The bristles are pretty stiff & don’t rotate very well. They do a meh job of cleaning your teeth. So yeah, if you need some inexpensive backup brushheads until you can afford the real deal, I suppose these might be alright to have on hand as backups or something. I will not be using them as an out & out replacement for the OEM heads though. Too noisy & just not doing it for me. Read more
