I was hesitant to try a compatible brand, but this 8-pack replacement heads has won me over. Perfect Compatibility: I’ve tested these my oral b brush and they click into place and fit perfectly. This set comes in a flat pack containing four sets of four heads. the set comes from NatraProw but they have no presence or any marketing on the package. Each of the four sets is together in its own blister pack with four identical heads except that each head has a distinctive color. At first I though this might indicate soft or hard but then I realized that it is for families or households, so each each member can have their unique color so as not to share brushes. The blister pack is military grade ( :-} ) and takes a pair of scissors or other helper to force your way in. Once you are in the product is excellent. My previous OEM brush units from Oral-B have bristles that are slightly angled. This means that on one (half) rotation they are pushing the tooth surface rather than just wiping it. In theory this sounds good but I did not notice any difference. The angle actually means that on the return stroke the brush is dragging with no effect at all. So when I fitted the new NatraProw brush heads to my Oral-B they felt much firmer on my teeth and seemed to be offering a more efficient cleaning action. I like firm toothbrushes but when you look through the aisles at the supermarket the soft bristles are in the majority. I think these are inadequate for decent cleaning and they feel completely useless to me. The NatraProw brushes are firm enough to feel very effective but they in no way feeling rough or aggressive - I suppose this is a personal evaluation though. So yes I am very pleased with my several month supply of new brush heads. Now that I have plenty of replacements I will try and stop using an old head once it gets limp and ineffective. These fit my Oral-B toothbrush without any problems. Unlike the original heads, these do not have the rounded neck, but that actually worked in my favor. The plastic travel cover I use fits more securely on these and does not get knocked off as easily, which I appreciate. The bristles feel a bit firmer than the original Oral-B soft heads. I could not find any clear labeling that says whether these are soft, medium, or hard, but they definitely feel stiffer to me. Because of that, I am removing one star. Each head has a colored ring at the base, which I assume is meant to help family members tell their brushes apart, similar to the original replacement heads. Beyond that, it is hard to give a full evaluation without longer use. I have not used them long enough to comment on durability, consistency across the pack, or whether any bristles will loosen over time, as I have seen mentioned in other off-brand reviews. I picked up these NatraProw replacement heads to use with my Oral-B handle, and they have worked surprisingly well for the price. Noticeably more affordable than even at Costco. The fit is secure, they lock in place properly, and there is no wobbling during use. The bristles feel firm enough to clean effectively but not so stiff that they irritate my gums. I also like that the pack includes enough heads to last a long time. The only small downside is that they wear slightly faster than the name-brand versions, so I end up replacing them a bit sooner. These replacement toothbrush heads were incredibly inexpensive. They fit my Oral B toothbrush as expected, though slightly less snug than the original. This head runs noticeably louder than the original does. The originals have a 'fuller' head of bristles. The original has bristles that lose color so that you are aware that it needs changed. I'm not sure if these do or not since I haven't been using them very long, but I've seen no change so far. My teeth feel equally clean with both heads. I've been using this head for 19 days and I've noticed in the past few days that I feel the head pinching the inside of my mouth. It's not horrible, but it's not great! That's the main reason for the 3 stars. Looking at the back of the head, I think that placement of those little holes is why it pinches. I will keep these for back up, but I won't use them fulltime.
