This came with 16 brush head replacements which are perfectly compatible with my oral B compatible toothbrush handle. I actually have a sonicare too but I recently bought the oral B compatible handle because I was able to get replacement heads like these for it for such reasonable prices it seemed like a good investment to take over at least one of my daily brushings with the Oral B instead. I feel like it cleans the back of my mouth better than the sonicare. These snap onto the stem of the oral B with no trouble and begin their motion as soon as the handle is turned on. I think they do as good of a job at brushing as the heads that came with my handle. This set also has white and black version of the toothbrush heads. This would be particularly helpful if you were the kind of person who shares a handle with a spouse or another member of your family. I am not that kind of person so half the time my handle and head don't match but that is fine as both colors work the same. I love that the reasonable price and high quantity of these toothbrush heads will allow me to change the heads much more frequently. Yes, these are compatible with our Oral B toothbrushes, but the overall quality of these toothbrush heads are subpar compared to the original heads. The bristles are not as firm, and after 2 to 3 uses, the bristles become less firm and start falling out of the brush heads. I simply can't recommend these to anyone, we will not purchase these again. Read more

I got these to try with my Braun Oral-B electric toothbrush and I must say that I was surprised at the quality of these brush heads. I wasn't expecting them to be such high quality at such a great value. When you think about it, you cannot purchase manual toothbrushes as cheap as you can get these brush heads. I really like how the bristles are longer around the edges to allow you to get close to the gum line, ensuring that dentist clean feeling (without having to go to the dentist). The brush heads fit and function flawlessly on my Oral-B toothbrush. They work just as good, if not better than the name brand brush heads and I don't feel bad when I want to change one out.
