3/6/25 Update - I am adding a star due to their wonderful customer service. I have received a replacement hair dryer and am looking forward to seeing how it works and if it will continue to work for me. More updates coming. The hair dryer takes a bit of getting used to. It definitely doesn't have the heat my old hair dryer did but it still seems to dry my hair pretty quickly. The unit itself is light weight and easy to use. Unfortunately about 7 weeks into using it, the hair dryer has started flipping the reset button on the plug head. It is plugged in to a gfci outlet. The outlet itself is not tripping, just the hair dryer plug. Any other items I plug into the outlet work with no issues. I guess I am off to search for a replacement. :( Read more
