ioSafe Duo - Very Reliable

I bought the ioSafe Duo RAID 1 USB 3.2 Fireproof/Waterproof Desktop Hard Drive (16TB (2x8TB)). This is about the 5th ioSafe that I have purchased, but the first Duo. All of the ioSafe models that I have purchased have worked well and lasted for a long time. I have only really upgraded as storage capacity has increased. The Duo in Raid Mirror mode has added another level of redundancy to my already robust back up routine. So far, I have been very pleased with the performance and speed of the Duo. Highly recommended. Fills ethernet void

ioSafe does not offer a 10Gbs Fireproof/Waterproof NAS, only 1Gbs. I used this USB-C Gen 2 Duo as a replacement for my 1Gbs ioSafe NAS on my 10Gbs network. Although the Duo is cheaper than the NAS, I have to use sharing which means computer it is attached to has to be on 24/7. I need the fireproof/waterproof features, so if you do I can recommend this product, although I would prefer 10Gbs NAS. Read more

Missing pieces, no response
