I’m gonna start out with a 4 star review because I plan on updating my review in the future. I literally just received my package yesterday (9/10/25). I love the colors & length. I specifically ordered long cords because my current one is maybe 3ft. So if I’m in bed & I need to use my phone & charge it, it doesn’t reach from my outlet. These are perfect lengths! I’ve tried one cord so far (red) & it charged my phone overnight just fine. I am now understanding why it got so many bad reviews though. I appreciate the company’s efforts to use less packaging, but some products should be in a box! This is why only 4 stars. I’ve had sweatshirts in boxes that were unnecessary in my opinion. Wires, cords, & electronics though should NOT be bagged! Who knows what heavy items may be landing on top of the wires & bending them. Breaking them. My package came in a plastic see through zipper type or ziplock type bag, which then came inside of an Amazon white plastic bag. I found that really odd for cords. When I plugged my red cord in, there was a little wiggle room which makes me very nervous! It’s working though, & only been one day, so I’ll wait & see. I have an iPhone 11 Max Pro. It came with its own charging cord & the plug in thingy. Sorry. I have no clue what that’s called. 😆 The plug in hole for the cord on that particular plug is not the same size as the cord I received in the mail. I ended up using my kindles charger plug thingy. The white cord & box in the picture are what came with my phone. The red one is what I ordered. (Obviously) You can see the difference on the ends that I’m talking about. While it sucks & isn’t convenient, it’s not the end of the world. I also ordered a two pack of the power box things that will be here this weekend. They have multiple size outlets, so this won’t be a problem then. Read more

I usually buy a pack and put them around the house. The one I put in my living room. Would t connect and charge my phone. I checked the power, the outlet, and even cleaned my phone (a little) but it still wouldn’t work. I used the purple one that I planned to keep for traveling and no problem so I guess the orange was faulty. Read more
