I got these primarily to use with my ROG Ally, but I also tried them on my Pixel phone and Windows laptop. The sound quality wasn't great. The earbuds are made out of a hard plastic that isn't comfortable in the ear. The sound quality sounds "shallow" and "tinny." The audio was also prone to distortion if the cable got disturbed too much. These will work in a pinch if you just need something for some privacy at the coffee shop, but they don't make for an enjoyable audio experience. Read more

I’m a big fan of tech that just works without a headache, and these Whotper earbuds hit the mark. I’ve been using these primarily with my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, but they also worked perfectly with my Microsoft Surface Pro tablet. It’s a huge relief to have one pair of buds that I can swap between my phone and my workstation without any pairing issues. The Convenience Factor: The main reason I grabbed these is that I am tired of the "wireless shuffle." I don’t want to hunt for my earbuds only to realize they’re dead right when I need to jump on a call. With these, there’s no charging, no Bluetooth syncing, and—best of all—no stupid dongles. They plug directly into the USB-C port and the device recognizes them instantly. Standout Features: - The Cord Length: The cord is actually a decent length, which is a huge plus. It gives me enough slack so I’m not tethered too tightly to my tablet while I'm typing or moving around. - Plug-and-Play: Whether it was the S25 Ultra or the Surface Pro, the digital connection was instant. The sound is clear, and I don't have to deal with the audio lag that you sometimes get with Bluetooth. - Comfort: These have the semi-in-ear design (no silicone tips), which I prefer. They’re lightweight and don't feel like they’re "plugging" my ears during long meetings. Value: Even though I received these through Vine, the $6.99 retail price is fantastic. You’d usually pay more than that just for a decent USB-C to 3.5mm adapter, and here you get the whole headset. Final Verdict: If you’re over the "battery anxiety" of wireless buds and want a reliable, no-nonsense pair for your phone and tablet, these are a winner. They are now my go-to "reliable" set that stays in my bag. Read more
