This unit comes with the light gun, cord, cleaning cloth and a pair of dark glasses to use to protect your eyes during use. Have been using for a month. Can I see any difference yet? I don't think so. Instructions state to use 3 times a week for 4 weeks, twice a week for the next 4 weeks, and then once a week for the next 4 weeks. This is a long term project. I have been using every other day for 4 weeks. Not really noticing any difference yet but will continue. will post an update at end on 3 months. The instructions are clear on use. The unit can be manually triggered or put in auto mode and the light will continue to flash every few seconds as you move the gun to a new section. The head will get warmer with each flash but not uncomfortable even on the highest setting. I have been using manual to ensure the head cools between shots. You do have to shave prior to use and no sunlight for 24 hours afternoon the areas treated. I hope this works so will update in February with the end results. Update after 3 months: I did a test of identical spots on left and right sides. The right side I followed the instructions (every other day a week first month, Twice a week second month, once a week third) and the left side I did nothing. I can absolutely tell a difference in the two areas. The right side did not grow back anywhere near what it was before. I do have darker hair and light skin(white). I noticed the few grays did come back as the instructions said they would. It is a time consuming process in addition to the three months the process of zapping each area takes awhile. This system was easy to set up and is easy to use. The instructions are clear and simple. I mostly wanted to use it for trouble areas on my upper lip and chin. It's not a large area that I am using it on. Maybe it's because the hair on my face is finer than other areas, it hasn't seemed to have any effect. I still get those stubbord darker hairs that I end up having to pluck. I have been using it for several weeks and I think I am giving up on it now. Maybe it would work better on different areas or with darker hair but it just didn't work for me. Read more

I've been using this device for a month as instructed, but haven't noticed a big difference yet. It's easy to use, with clear instructions, and can be set to manual or auto mode.
