I use this bar soap in my gardens to keep black-tailed deer from using my roses as a salad bar, and it works perfectly here in the Pacific Northwest. I spear chunks of the soap onto 1 meter long bamboo sticks and stand them upright randomly around my roses. The long lasting scent smells good to me but it puts the deer right off! I don't have to replace the soap much because, though we have 3 seasons of rain here, we can have Summers with not a drop of rain. It's a great value compared to other deer repellants! Read more
