As a guy looking for a reliable and comfortable way to get around, I decided on this iScooter with the seat, and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. It's hit the mark on several levels, making my daily rides much more enjoyable. Performance and Ride Quality: This scooter performs really well. The acceleration is smooth, and it provides enough speed and power for my needs, making commutes quick and easy. The range has been reliable, holding a good charge. What really stands out is the ride comfort – the combination of the pneumatic tires and the dual suspension does a great job absorbing bumps in the road. Adding the seat makes longer journeys genuinely comfortable, which was a big plus for me. Build Quality: I've been pleased with the overall build quality. I got the iscooter F3 and this thing is amazing! With the 1000w motors it climbs hills with ease and I’m 200lbs. It definitely does the full top speed of 28mph. Assembly was very easy and packaged very well! I have put 71 miles on mine and not complaint. I do wish it was a tad bit bigger but is great as it is. Battery life is great! I have rode 6 miles on sport mode and didn’t even use one bar! Cooler is sleek and the finish is durable and quality. Weight of scooter is decently light! Size is decent but could be bigger (I’m 5ft9) Functionality over all is perfect! Basket could be bigger as well and the scooter but it’s definitely not a deal breaker. You want speed and climbing power? Get the scooter F3! Read more

I purchased this iScooter and when it arrived the seat was stuck. I had to really work hard to get it to adjust. After my son looked it over he told me that I had purchased the wrong one anyway. So I decided to send it back. I boxed it back up and prepared to ship it. Amazon is usually amazing with returns being easy. But not this time. The instructions for this return were different. It said to contact iScooter support via email first and then it said to ship it back prior to 48 hours or the refund would be voided. So I waited a day for a response from support which was 24 hours. The clock was ticking so I didn't want to "forfeit" my refund as stated if I didn't get the return label and the product shipped within 48 hours. I went to UPS and paid $160 dollars to ship it back. I then emailed a copy of my receipt to the iScooter help desk explaining my request. "Please reimburse my shipping cost, considering that your instructions say ship within 48 hours or the refund would be forfeited". A day or so later I received their response "Since you didn't wait for support to send you a prepaid label we can't refund your shipping ". So if you wait past 48 hours you forfeit your refund, and if you ship it back within 48 hours so simply have to pay the $160 shipping. So it's impossible to get a "refund" here without dropping nearly $200 extra. It's called a fancy way of wordsmithing a refund to make you pay a hefty shipping fee without bluntly stating, you have to pay for your own shipping if you want to return it.
