Arrived in the box damaged. Speedometer harness cracked, handle bar main shaft scratched, and there was no protective wrapping around the front tire which is not attached to the scooter during shipping. To handle correcting these issues you have to email support.iscooterglobal. Get ready to spend some time trying to fix your issues. As of day 4 still trying to get this scooter returned. For an extra 125 dollars I could have bought the Segway. Don’t cheat yourself the price and images of this scooter seems too good to be true. Well it is. Cheap materials and packed cheap as well. I don’t recommend this product. I’ve communicated through email that I’m not able to turn the scooter on due to the damage of the harness. Support then asked have you been able to ride it? Not sure if this is an isolated issue or not but, I bought this scooter for my college age son for Christmas. He is 6’3” and 300 pounds. This thing’s holds him up just fine. The scooter looks to be built well with durable material. It is all there weight wise. I Can’t speak to battery life or durability yet because the accelerator lever/ speedometer was broke out of the box. I contacted I scooter directly and they are sending out a replacement. I thought I scooter got back to me in a timely fashion and handled my issue with relative ease. I will review battery life and durability at a later date. Read more
