Love the scooter. Unfortunately the rear tire was flat when we opened it and had to replace the tube. Luckily they enclosed a spare tube. Other than that it is working well Read more
Great Recovery by iSupport
I ordered 2 scooters and although one of them had a challenge, the iScooter Support team was very good about quickly sending a replacement. Not every product is perfect so the resolution becomes what will determine the experience ... and iSupport did great! The scooters are also great ... fast, sturdy ... fun! Read more
Awful scooter and even worse company no help
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I picked it because of the dual suspension and the big tires, but I’ve had nothing but issue since I received it the back tire wouldn’t stay full of air because it kept overheating I had to replace the back tire with a solid tire and now it’s still overheats in the tire slipped off the rim while I’m driving the turn signals don’t work and even if they did, there’s black casings over them so they wouldn’t be seen the rear suspension kept coming apart, so I resorted to keeping tools to tighten it down and put it back together in my book bag when I go riding the front headlight doesn’t work. The rear brake disc does not stop my scooter. The front brake discs damn near throws me over the scooter. I haven’t put 100 miles on the scooter yet and it has given me nothing but issues. Functionality: The turn signals don’t work. The headlight doesn’t work and the brakes are trash. Build quality: Parts literally fall apart. I’ve lost pieces to the scooter for them just falling off even after I tighten everything down before I go for a ride. Mobility: Mobility is decent you can get from a to B if it decides to charge Speed: It says it’s supposed to go 25. I was going downhill max throttle to a speed trap and only got clocked at 21. So false advertising the speed false advertising the what because I took the bottom off of the scooter and it says that it is a 540 W not a 650 overall I should’ve walked.. Read more

I’m enjoying my i10 iScooter. I was not able reach 28 mph as listed my max speed was 25 mph which was pretty fast. It was able to maintain top speed even when the battery was on 3 bars. Handles good on turns and braking. Ride smooth. Read more
