I liked that the product is well made and sturdy. It is safe for commuting short distances My complaint is that I received the package and it was missing pieces. I opened the box to find the scooter, but no manual, tools or screws bolts, charger etc. I found the manual online and saw they had left out two wrenches, and the charger for the scooter. It was mostly assembled, but you had to attach the handlebar, seat and front wheel. I watched the instruction video, but it is not a step by step one. It just shows a guy putting it together and it goes a little fast for me. I thought I could do it since there wasn't much to be done, but without the tools, I wasn't able to anyway. I live in an apt building and ended up getting a neighbor who was handy with this stuff, to put it together for me since he had the tools. I contacted the company, but they are difficult to get in touch with. I received an email from them, after I told them I didn't have the tools or charger. They emailed back, but did not say whether they would send any of the items. I had to order my own charger. It was charged enough that I was able to test drive it in my parking lot. I have not driven it anywhere else yet due to waiting on the charger I had to order to come in. It is very quiet and a good little scooter for the price. I recommend getting the tools you need before hand, which is a T handle allen wrench, & a combination wrench, just in case they don't send them. If I ever order a product like this again it will be locally, just to have the piece of mind. The product is supposed to have a warranty, but I recommend getting the extended one that is offered before placing your order. The scooter company is not opened on the weekends. I tried calling today an hour after they opened, no one was available to take my call, so nothing is resolved. I am glad I got my neighbors help, otherwise, I would have a scooter laying in my floor. I really wish I had ordered from somewhere else. I pray this scooter holds up and doesn't need repairs soon, as I don't have any idea if I would be able to get the parts I would need to fix it, such as a tire replacement. etc. Also another thing I noticed is that they zip tied the keys to the brake line. Be careful when cutting them off. I was lucky my neighbor had a tool to cut them off without harming the brake. Update: The company contacted me by phone & email and said they would send the missing items to me. I appreciated them contacting me back. They were professional & nice. I still recommend having someone to help with assembly, if you are not good at putting things together. I did struggle with putting the handle bar in. It was a little hard to get it in. My neighbor who assisted me had some trouble as well. It is an excellent scooter that rides well and is very quiet. You will get lots of compliments about your scooter. A lot of people have asked me where I got it. Read more

I had 10 different scooters in my cart before I finally settled on this one. I wanted it for my 10 year old grandson’s birthday. His cousins next door are also near his age but they have electric bikes. We live in a quiet residential neighborhood with not a lot of traffic. Watching the other kids flying down the road on something that could go up to 35 mph and their feet didn’t reach the ground was terrifying. He took to the scooter right away in fact his cousins were in line to also ride it. They all liked how it seemed “off road”, the horn, the lights and how easy it was to get on and off. It was a big hit. My engineer husband commented on how well designed it was and well made. He did watch a YouTube video on putting it together because the instruction book was vague. Overall I’m very happy with the scooter Read more

IScooter i14 E Scooter with seat. Arrived without the actual seat. Waited a couple weeks for a replacement. They advertised it’s a brown seat but that was false they only would send black. I’ve had this i14 for several months now and can give a user’s real evaluation. The scooter has very little uphill power even at 5 degrees. (Really No Power) if you have other than flat riding areas forget iScooter. The top speed advertised at 28 mph is WRONG 20 is about the max using my iPhone Speedo app. It does handle well and the full suspension is acceptable. (We have other E scooters) and when it time to ride the iScooter is the last chosen, because it’s an underperforming, 66lb slow poke. Usually mother rides it because she only weighs 110 lbs and she likes the basket and we put a very nice Bluewind gel seat on it. The battery life is also way overstated. You would think that since it’s so slow, no power at least the battery would last close to iScooter claim of over 30 miles. Nope, just over 17.5 miles on full charge and we were on a stop here and there around Clearwater Beach. One of the misting features isTHE KICK STAND. The spring is so weak if the wind is blowing much, as it always is at the beach the i14 falls over like it’s nap time. Really the kick has no power to keep the scooter from falling over. (Tip- we keep a 3”x6” wooden wedge in the basket. We have to wedge it at the front or rear wheel. Like a wheel trig) The smoothest working part of the entire scooter is how smooth the key slides in and out. Wicked nice in this respect. Tires have held up well no problems there. The maneuvering with the 14” wheels is very good. Along with the width of the handlebars it handles like a bike (The second best feature). The folding mechanisms are very poorly made. If you don’t ever fold it then there are no worries. If you do fold it as it James you’re going to need a hammer and screwdriver to get it setup. The dual disc brakes work well. Since you can’t go very fast it stops good. Portability is NOT VERY NICE 66lbs. Most scooters of this style weigh 44-50lbs. The weight is due to the very heavy sturdy frame. (If iScooter had used a 1000-1200 watt motor then this unit would be much better) They didn’t and it isn’t exciting. Beats walking, but not pedaling. I’d like to be able to say for the price of $325 it’s pretty good, but we have 2 Caroma 500 watt scooters under $275 each and they run circles around this 800 watt i14. (It doesn’t preform like 800 watt. More like a 350 watt, especially considering the lack of power on any inclines. We would not buy an iScooter ever again. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND PERIOD. Read more
